COVID Policy

  • We are a COVID Safe salon adhering to all covid-19 protocols to keep both you and our stylists really safe!
  • We discourage conversation surrounding Covid, lockdowns, politics and vaccinations. We ask this to preserve the energy and mental health of our team and to ensure all guests can experience a truly relaxing Hmco visit.
  • Please wear a mask upon arrival and during your service.
  • Please use the QR code check-in on arrival
  • It is a salon requirement that if you are 12 years + you need to show your double-vaccinated status or medical exemption upon entering the salon. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.
  • If you happen to arrive early for your appointment time we may need to seat you outside in order to comply with maximum establishment numbers until your appointment commencement time.
  • Please DO NOT bring friends or children to your salon appointment as this could affect our ability to comply with maximum establishment numbers.
  • We source all of our information on how to protect our team and clients from COVID-19 from the NSW dept of Health, The Australian Government and The Australian Hairdressing Council. All sterilization, hygiene and social distancing guidelines are followed.
  • Please move your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms. You won’t be charged a cancellation fee however, your earliest notification is appreciated
  • On arrival at the salon, your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer. If you have a temperature higher than 37.5 we will not be able to provide your service today.
  • Please wash or hand sanitize on arrival
  • Cash will not be accepted as a payment method. Options are EFTPOS or Electronic fund transfer on the day.
  • We have a full range of complimentary beverages and snacks to enjoy at your appointment
  • We can not supply reading material during COVID-19. Please bring your own entertainment, magazines, a book laptop etc..
