If you feel that we did not achieve the results we agreed to on the day or you do not find your homecare products suitable for your needs please contact the salon within 7 days of your visit so that we can perform a correction of hair service or exchange your products. We do not refund on change of mind. We do not guarantee your colour longevity for vivids or if you swim regularly unless the appropriate homecare is purchased and used at home.
