Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge and appreciate that life is busy. It is with this in mind that we commit ourselves to doing our very best to run on time for your appointment and stay on time. Please help the salon run smoothly by observing the following policies.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show Policy

By cancelling/changing your appointment with notice you enable us to fill your spot and accommodate another client.

The only form of cancellation/moving we accept is a phone call or email. Our text message reminders do not have the function to reply.
  • You can cancel or move your appointment outside of 24 hours notice with no charges incurred
  • If you cancel or move between 24-12 hours a 50% Will apply
  • If you cancel or move between 12-0 Hours a 75% fee will apply
  • If you ‘No show’ a 100% fee will apply.
  • These fees will be charged to your Hmco or Phorest pay account and will need to be finalised prior to attending another appointment.

Late arrival policy

Please understand that the salon allocates a specific amount of time for each service. If you arrive late the length of your service may be adjusted to maintain our schedule with other clients
